Your information
The calculators and Financial Health Check run in your browser. Their answers, inputs and results are not sent automatically. If you choose to discuss a calculator result or request a personal review, a summary is added to the optional enquiry message; that summary is emailed when you submit the enquiry form. Please do not enter account numbers, PAN, payment information, medical records or other sensitive details in an enquiry.
Enquiry emails
When you choose “Send My Enquiry”, your name, phone number, optional email, service interest, preferred date/time and optional message are submitted securely to the hosting server and emailed separately to abhijitlic.pal@gmail.com and serviceavijit@gmail.com. Both inboxes receive the same enquiry. The purpose is to respond to your request and arrange a consultation. A requested appointment is not confirmed until the team responds.
This website does not keep a separate lead database or save enquiry content in application files. Hosting mail queues, ordinary access/security logs and the recipient mailboxes may retain information. Contact the team to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry. Hosting logs, mail delivery records and backup copies may remain for operational or recovery purposes; the team will explain any applicable retention when handling your request. Do not submit someone else's personal information without authority.
Necessary security storage
A session cookie named PP_ENQUIRY supports form security and duplicate prevention. The server temporarily keeps a request fingerprint and delivery status in session storage, and pseudonymous IP hashes with timestamps for rate limiting. Rate-limit timestamps are limited to an hour; stale rate-limit files older than 24 hours are removed during subsequent submissions. These protections are necessary to process enquiries and do not depend on optional analytics consent.
Optional WhatsApp contact
Separate WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's privacy terms. Clicking a WhatsApp link does not email the website enquiry form to the two team inboxes.
Optional analytics
Necessary local storage remembers your privacy preference. Optional interaction events are added to an in-browser event queue only after you allow analytics. No external analytics or advertising tags are currently loaded on this website. Events exclude your form details, health-check answers and calculator inputs. The enquiry-submitted event records acceptance by the hosting mail service for both addresses; it does not prove inbox placement or a confirmed appointment.
You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the homepage footer. Clearing your browser storage also removes the saved choice. The host may keep ordinary server access and security logs independently of these optional events.
External services
WhatsApp, app stores and existing website pages have their own privacy practices. External links may disclose technical information such as your IP address to their destination. No external fonts are loaded by this website.

For questions about information sent to the business, contact serviceavijit@gmail.com or abhijitlic.pal@gmail.com. Please identify the enquiry you are asking about without sending account numbers or identity documents. The team may need to verify your request before disclosing or deleting personal information.
